Katherine brings extensive experience from across the UK healthcare system, with a strong foundation in clinical nursing and a career spanning senior leadership roles within the NHS. She has held key positions in health and social care regulation, including with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW), where she contributed to registration, inspection, and national clinical leadership initiatives.

Her expertise also extends to senior roles within government, where she was involved in shaping EU healthcare arrangements at a policy level.

At present, Katherine leads all compliance and governance for Body Brilliant, ensuring that regulatory standards are rigorously maintained across the UK and EU. Her deep knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory frameworks supports the organisation’s commitment to quality, safety, and accountability.
