What is IV vitamin therapy?
IV vitamin therapy is the delivery of vitamins, minerals and amino acids directly into the bloodstream through a clinically supervised intravenous drip. The infusion is administered by a senior nurse over around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the formulation.
Because the nutrients enter the bloodstream directly, they bypass the digestive system. Oral supplementation typically delivers 10 to 15 percent of active nutrients into circulation. IV delivery offers a more consistent route to support nutrient levels under clinical supervision.
How IV vitamin therapy works
Vitamins, minerals and amino acids are dissolved in a sterile saline solution and delivered through a single-use cannula into a vein in the arm. The formulation is selected during your consultation based on your goals, health history and any pre-existing conditions or medications.

A senior nurse administers your IV infusion in a comfortable setting, lasting from one hour to several.
The treatment can last from 1 hour to several hours depending on your tolerance of the symptoms
PROCEDURE TIME
Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), Vitamin B-12, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, Glutathione and Vitamin C can be given, along with other nutrients based on your bespoke consultation
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
You may experience stomach discomfort and heavy breathing during the treatment, but staff will always be at hand to slow down or stop the treatment at any time

Most infusions take around 30 to 45 minutes from cannulation to completion, depending on the formulation. Including consultation and aftercare, allow approximately 60 to 90 minutes for your appointment.

IV vitamin therapy is provided following a clinical consultation and administered by a senior nurse. The procedure itself is well-tolerated by most people. Mild side effects such as a cool sensation in the arm or a metallic taste during the infusion are common and short-lived. We screen for contraindications during your consultation.

Yes. Home visits are available across London. The home visit fee is £250 for a 2-hour appointment, with £75 per additional hour and £350 on bank holidays.

IV vitamin therapy may not be suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding without specific medical sign-off, with certain pre-existing conditions, or alongside specific medications. We screen for these during your consultation. Where IV vitamin therapy is not appropriate, we suggest alternatives.
